[Event Post]
*to anyone who may be concerned, there is a boy, only nine years of age.
Under most circumstances, he wouldn't stand out anyone-- a meek child busying himself with a thick book of sorts. His grey-white hair may catch some gazes, but in Domino, such things can be of any color.
No, the thing that stands out is that this young boy keeps ending up in very high places. Be it the top of a tree, or the awning of a building, or a light pole, or perhaps the roof of the Tallest Tower in the city (perhaps currently surrounded by bird-aligned Duel Spirits who're minding their own business, perching).
You're unlikely to find him at a normal elevation, and it may cause some concern. As respectable adults (or a worried peer), you should maybe make sure he'll be fine.*

::You see a strange array form near you on the top of the tower, as a cute adorable tween leaps out, carrying a backpack and a jacket.::

the bird Duel Spirits are probably a little more surprised at your sudden appearance though, rustling up*
no subject
::Ugh. Monster Pigeons. Claps her hands, one palm facing up, the other down.::
::Turns, facing you.::
... You realize the winds up here are probably bad for books. Right?
no subject
*saying that like it's nothing, really. his voice sounds really small and quiet...*
no subject
There's a perfectly fine throne room over there.
::Points::
... So. Uh. Who are you and why are you on top of my tower?
no subject
*tilting his head a little, looking at you like you should definitely recognize him.*

Sumiho... Sumiho... Sumiho...
::Ping.::
Oh! My step. brother. ... Brother? Or sister? Right?
no subject
I'm glad you figured it out.
no subject
Sorry! There's a lot! The dining room is huge! And like 3 or 4 of the family are identical blondes and 3 or 4 of the family are identical dark skinned kids, I get lost mentally.

no subject
Still, wanna come into the throne room?
I was gonna eat snacks and read comics and play games for like an hour.
no subject
I guess I can join you for that. Even if I do really like it out here. I like seeing everything.
no subject
Well, I don't want to yell over the wind or get flung off the building by a sudden jet stream.
So.
::Walking towards the throne room's doors as ghostly knight... statues(?) open the huge doors to the throne room. Inside it's the same as before, ominous dais and throne, very Moebius/Geiger esque styling. There's a desk that used to be the desk for the top office. And off in the outfield is AFD's gamer shrine and a portable bathing station and pile of clothes and snacks that she calls a living area. She's not in.::

*Kotori is walking down a street in Domino City when she double takes at what she sees in front of her.
Is that a child sat on top of that light pole over there??
Her absolute big sister/motherly energy goes into overdrive as she quickly approaches where he is.
She also can't shake the feeling that she might know him from somewhere??*
A-are you okay up there?
no subject
Uhmm... yes, I think so! I'm very fine up here...!
no subject
*She looks very concerned for you!*
no subject
*worryingly, that means this is a regular occurrence.*
I can get down fine, though..! Really!
no subject
Light poles aren't really for sitting on.

*he closes his book-- and then somehow stands, very balanced for a child of his age, judging things. ... ... before sticking the book under his arm, and managing to climb down after a bit.
There was a non-0 chance he would've jumped, but something in his little child brain went "oh, that might actually scare you."*
no subject
*Kotori breathes a sigh of relief as he comes down.*
I'm sorry. I guess you just... like being up high? It'd worry me seeing anyone up there, but especially someone so young as yourself.
no subject
Mmhm, I like being very high up! I like seeing everything, and it feels comfy!
no subject
Well, I guess we all take comfort from something, and being up high and getting to see over everything is fun...
... but just be aware than it might make people a bit worried if they see you on something that seems a bit dangerous.
no subject
There's a lot of people down here.
no subject
Hmm, are you not keen on being around people?
no subject
It's a whole bunch of people being crowded around that I don't like.
*well, it is a city. streets and sidewalks do get pretty packed.*
