*to anyone who may be concerned, there is a boy, only nine years of age.
Under most circumstances, he wouldn't stand out anyone-- a meek child busying himself with a thick book of sorts. His grey-white hair may catch some gazes, but in Domino, such things can be of any color.
No, the thing that stands out is that this young boy keeps ending up in very high places. Be it the top of a tree, or the awning of a building, or a light pole, or perhaps the roof of the Tallest Tower in the city (perhaps currently surrounded by bird-aligned Duel Spirits who're minding their own business, perching).
You're unlikely to find him at a normal elevation, and it may cause some concern. As respectable adults (or a worried peer), you should maybe make sure he'll be fine.*

*She looks very concerned for you!*
no subject
*worryingly, that means this is a regular occurrence.*
I can get down fine, though..! Really!

Light poles aren't really for sitting on.

*he closes his book-- and then somehow stands, very balanced for a child of his age, judging things. ... ... before sticking the book under his arm, and managing to climb down after a bit.
There was a non-0 chance he would've jumped, but something in his little child brain went "oh, that might actually scare you."*

*Kotori breathes a sigh of relief as he comes down.*
I'm sorry. I guess you just... like being up high? It'd worry me seeing anyone up there, but especially someone so young as yourself.
no subject
Mmhm, I like being very high up! I like seeing everything, and it feels comfy!
no subject
Well, I guess we all take comfort from something, and being up high and getting to see over everything is fun...
... but just be aware than it might make people a bit worried if they see you on something that seems a bit dangerous.
no subject
There's a lot of people down here.
no subject
Hmm, are you not keen on being around people?
no subject
It's a whole bunch of people being crowded around that I don't like.
*well, it is a city. streets and sidewalks do get pretty packed.*
no subject
To be fair, they can be unpleasant and it does get pretty crowded here in the city.
Oh, I should probably introduce myself. I'm Mizuki, Kotori.
no subject
*you definitely recognize him, likely.*
no subject
Wait... You're Sumiho?
*It clicks with her now why she felt like she recognizes him!*
Oh my gosh! You've grown up so much! The last time I saw you, you were so small!
no subject
*it has been a long time since he's seen you, too, but he is staring at your hair like, hnmm, something does ring a bell...*
no subject
I sometimes used to see Souha-san out with you and they asked me to design and make some clothes for you when you were really young.
no subject
You made that for me?
no subject
Yes! The phoenix one was one of my favourites that I made for you!
It makes me happy to know you still have it, even if it doesn't fit anymore.
